using a alpha transparent background

Can anyone tell me how to use a alpha transparent background with shaded borders as it will not fill completely to the bottom. It seems to leave the set size of the corner clear.

The only resolve is to use Ruzee's liquid canvas... it uses colors and blends between them...

Shaded borders works best with hard color..... but the auto coloring of the corners doesn't work too well over an image.

Liquid canvas does...

I have got the same problem with an background picture.

the picture in the background of the page doesn´t reach the bottom.
The picture seems to end where the rounded border begins
